Paid and open amounts reflect the stored record. A dash means the amount was not captured. Activity timelines summarize recorded entries; linked motions or orders may explain the reasoning.
No matching cases in this snapshot. Try fewer filters or an exact case number. Check the spelling or the official CJIS record if a case is missing.

This does not request a hearing, extend a deadline or file anything with the court.
Tell FryAVSI if information is incorrect, a case has a later outcome, or a court order or other legal requirement restricts publication. We review the supporting basis before making a change. This process concerns FryAVSI’s copy; it does not change the court’s records.
City and state come from the recorded defendant’s address. They may be mailing labels, may be out of date, and do not prove residence inside a municipal boundary. “Outside East Canton” means another recorded city/state label. It does not identify where a citation occurred.
One row equals one case. A person can have multiple cases. Conflicting defendant locations remain Unknown rather than being counted twice.
We match the street address recorded in a case using the U.S. Census geocoder and Ohio’s public address locator. House number, street, state and postal locality must agree. County codes and names are checked against the 2025 Census county reference.
A mailing city or ZIP code alone cannot identify every county. PO boxes, incomplete addresses and conflicting matches remain Unknown. Census locations may be estimated along a road. This identifies the county of a matched recorded address; it does not prove residence or where a citation occurred. Street addresses and map coordinates are not displayed.
The archive includes cases discovered in the 2026 VBE series. A “complete primary record” means the main case response was captured. Linked document images and separate financial-detail views are tracked separately and may still be missing.
Available locations are not a representative sample of all cases. Do not apply their geographic percentages to cases with missing locations.
A request, scheduled date, payment, dismissal or past calendar date alone does not establish that a hearing occurred. “Explicit held-hearing text” requires affirmative wording in a captured docket. Check the official record for context and later changes.
Statuses describe captured source entries. A recorded allegation is not a finding. The Stark County CJIS website remains the source for current official records.
Each entry groups complete records with the same full recorded name, including middle name when present, and the same complete mailing address. Matching ignores capitalization, spacing and punctuation. Business records, missing identity fields and cases with multiple defendants are excluded. People’s public names remain first name and last initial only. Recognizable company names appear in case search, but are excluded from this ranking.
Each case is counted once, regardless of its current outcome. The list ranks recorded case counts, not speed or guilt, and does not establish who was driving. A shared name and address can still be ambiguous; name or address changes can split one person into separate entries. Ties have the same rank and are ordered by earliest case number, with ten entries displayed. Search filters do not change this archive-wide ranking.
Paid so far adds each matching case’s latest captured paid amount once. Left to collect adds positive open balances. This includes all matching cases across every results page, including companies; search, location, date and activity filters change these totals. Date filters select cases by filing date; they do not isolate payments made during that period.
Partial payments contribute to both totals. A zero balance does not prove full payment or closure: adjustments or dismissals can also clear a balance. Missing amounts are excluded and counted separately. Credit balances are shown separately instead of reducing amounts owed on other cases; negative paid entries remain in the paid total.
Monthly collections use the recorded calendar date on each receipt, without shifting midnight dates into the previous day. Positive entries are gross receipts; negative entries are adjustments. Net recorded collections equal gross plus adjustments. Monthly history is included only when every receipt has a valid date and amount and the case’s receipt total reconciles to its captured paid amount. Missing or unreconciled histories are counted separately. Receipt numbers, internal IDs and narrative details are not published. Repeated source snapshots are not counted as new payments. A case can contribute to several months; monthly case counts must not be added to estimate unique cases.
The comparison bar appears only when both amounts are known for every matching case and none are negative. Its percentage is paid divided by paid plus outstanding, not a share of original fines assessed. The source may include fees, adjustments or later changes. Cases are observed at different times; the latest source time is not a refresh time for every case. This is a snapshot of court-record amounts, not a village revenue report or a forecast of what will be collected.

FryAVSI uses first-party measurement to count page views, broad referral sources and navigation clicks. No advertising identifiers or cross-site tracking cookies are used by this measurement. Search terms are not sent to Google or Meta. For abuse prevention, validated court searches and filters are stored encrypted for up to 7 days, accessible only to authorized site administrators. Daily network pseudonyms, search counts, pagination activity and rate-limit events are retained for up to 30 days. Network pseudonyms are derived from network addresses and change daily; they do not identify a unique person. We do not store raw IP addresses in this measurement database. Ordinary usage measurement honors browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals; necessary search-security logging still operates. Hosting and security providers may maintain separate access logs. Contact us about privacy through the Contact page.
