06 / Retention
How long information is kept
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose described in this policy. The period depends on the status of an inquiry or project, ongoing support and warranty needs, business and security records, tax and accounting requirements, contracts, disputes, and applicable law.
When information is no longer needed, FryAVSI may delete it, anonymize it, or securely isolate it until deletion is practical. Backup copies and security records may remain for a limited period as part of normal recovery and protection processes.
07 / Security
Reasonable safeguards for the information entrusted to us
FryAVSI uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the size of the business, the nature of its work, and the sensitivity of the information. Measures include access controls, authentication, encrypted web connections, software maintenance, security monitoring, backups, and limiting access to people with a business need.
No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. If a security incident requires notice, FryAVSI will provide notice as required by applicable law.

You may ask FryAVSI to:
- Explain whether FryAVSI holds personal information about you and provide access where required.
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Delete information that is no longer needed, subject to legal, security, accounting, contract, warranty, and dispute-related exceptions.

FryAVSI may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. A request may be limited or declined when the information cannot be separated from another person's information, must be preserved, is privileged, or is otherwise exempt under applicable law. Browser settings can be used to manage cookies, and unsubscribe instructions will be honored when provided in an optional marketing message.
09 / European visitors
Consent and data-subject rights
For visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, nonessential analytics is based on consent. Analytics remains blocked until consent is given, and consent can be withdrawn as easily as it was granted through Cookie Settings. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred lawfully before withdrawal.
Where applicable, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and may complain to their local data-protection authority. Information may be processed in the United States, where privacy protections may differ.
10 / California visitors
California privacy choices
FryAVSI does not knowingly sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. California residents may request access to categories and specific pieces of personal information, correction, deletion, and information about disclosures, subject to applicable thresholds, verification requirements, and legal exceptions. FryAVSI will not discriminate for exercising an applicable privacy right.
A recognized Global Privacy Control signal is honored automatically by disabling optional analytics. The website displays a short confirmation when that browser preference is first detected. Privacy requests may be sent using the contact information below.
11 / Canadian visitors
Cross-border handling and Canadian privacy requests
Information submitted from Canada may be processed and stored in the United States by FryAVSI and its service providers. It may therefore be subject to lawful access under United States law.
Where Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act applies, FryAVSI follows the principles of accountability, identifying purposes, meaningful consent, limited collection, limited use and retention, accuracy, safeguards, openness, individual access, and the ability to challenge compliance. Canadian individuals may request access to or correction of their information and may withdraw consent for optional uses, subject to legal or contractual limits.
