Working with FryAVSI

Know the scope and the next step.

A clear project starts with the outcome you need and ends with agreed checks, usable records and a defined support contact.

Your first reply and your completed quote are different steps

Our contact hours are Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Eastern. We reply to quote inquiries by the next business day. That reply starts the discussion; a completed quote follows after we understand the scope, access, materials and testing required.

From inquiry to a confirmed project

  1. Describe the outcome. Tell us the site city, problem or goal and target timing. You can start without a technical specification.
  2. Resolve the unknowns. We review the information and identify whether a site assessment is needed. Any assessment scope and fee are agreed before booking.
  3. Review the quote. Confirm tasks, materials, assumptions, exclusions, testing, travel and payment stages.
  4. Confirm the schedule. Accepted work is coordinated with the required crew, site access and technical contacts.

Keep the work coordinated

Before work begins, identify the onsite contact, permitted service interruptions and the person who approves changes. Your IT provider can retain configuration responsibility while FryAVSI performs the agreed field work.

If hidden damage, access problems or a changed requirement affects the scope, we explain the finding and its effect on cost or timing before proceeding with that additional work.

Specialist testing and other trade dependencies are assigned in advance. Fire-alarm and life-safety alarm installation are outside FryAVSI’s current offering.

Agree on the finish line

Acceptance checks follow the written scope. Records can include cable labels, equipment details, photographs, test results and configuration notes. Any exceptions should state the next action and responsible party.

Basic connection checks, application qualification and standards-based certification provide different evidence. Your quote identifies the required level and any specialist testing resource.

At handoff, confirm who supports the installed system and how to report a problem. Ongoing monitoring, response times and aftercare follow the written agreement; they are separate from the installation itself.
