Common questions
Questions worth answering before the work starts.
Should I choose Cat6 or Cat6A?
It depends on distance, application, pathway capacity, environment, grounding, and long-term goals. Cat6A is not automatically the best choice in every pathway.
Can you identify unlabeled cables?
Yes. We can tone, trace, inspect, test, label, and document existing copper and related pathways.
Do you work in active facilities?
Yes. The scope should identify access, noise, dust, outage windows, occupied areas, and restoration expectations.
Prepare for an accurate response
Build a useful project brief.
A few concrete details help us identify the right technician, prepare for the site, and avoid quoting assumptions as facts.
Ready to move forward?
Send the conditions, the outcome, and what you already know.
FryAVSI will use that information to route the request, identify missing details, and prepare the right next step.
