A clear starting point
Onsite Deployment for IT Providers
Put a defined dispatch plan into action with coordinated field work and a documented closeout.
A field team working to your approved plan
Before dispatch
Confirm the task list, site contacts, check-in process, access window, escalation owner, change authority and required evidence.
During the work
Coordinate cabling, rack and equipment tasks, remote-engineer handoffs and the agreed tests. Escalate scope changes for approval before proceeding.
At closeout
Provide the agreed labels, photos, port/equipment records, test evidence and open-item list. Identify who owns the next action.
Crew size, technical lead, location, travel and reporting requirements are confirmed per project. FryAVSI supports provider-directed delivery for offices, warehouses and distributed sites.

Assign the field work clearly
- Infrastructure: cable additions, tracing, termination, patching, fiber splicing and repair.
- Equipment: mounting and connection of switches, gateways, access points and other agreed hardware.
- Technical hands: device identification, physical checks, console access and approved cutover tasks.
- Completion evidence: labels, equipment identifiers, agreed photographs and specified test records.
Configuration changes stay within the agreed authority. Specialist certification, OTDR or other testing requirements need a suitable resource arranged before mobilization.

Confirm the crew and communication plan
FryAVSI coordinates field technicians and experienced subcontractors to match accepted work. Crew size, field leadership, travel and site-specific requirements are confirmed for each engagement.
Based near Navarre, we serve Northeast Ohio, with Cleveland, Columbus and longer-distance projects considered by scope. A clearly defined first project can establish reporting and communication expectations for later work.
Schedule commitments begin with an accepted scope and confirmed resources. Client-facing communication and support ownership are agreed before the team arrives.
